Enable log or audit to retrieve the deleted data of payroll interface inbound records

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Now we use "payroll interface inbound record" to store payroll result, but users can delete the records.

We hope fusion can enable logging or auditing to record the deleted data of Payroll interface inbound records, when and who deleted the data.
