Can Order Management modifications be reflected in Audit Reports?

Summary:

Our client want to see changes in Order Management in Audit Reports.

Currently when running the Audit Reports, user need to choose Product.

There's no "Order Management" product in LOV, and no area in "Manage Audit Policies" in Setup and Maintenance that can be related to Sales Orders or Shipments.

Or am i missing something?
