Question re: 24C feature "Modify the name of default candidate selection process phases and states"

Summary:

We are updated to 24C in our test environment but are not seeing any icon or link to change the names of phases and states in the CSPs. We don't use translation and are wondering if it is solely used for language translation. Or can we just change the names of those items without translating to another language?
