Talent Review - Bypass Business Leader in Notification

Summary:

We have a request to stop the FYI notification to the Business Leader when a Talent Review Meeting is created, but keep everyone else.

I do see this in the BPM rules (and maybe that area could be a better place for this questions) and I'm not sure how to modify the Users section to exclude the Business Leader but keep everyone else in the flow?
