Create Requistion for Blanket Purchase Agreement but No Line Item

Summary: In 24C, in order to choose from a blanket purchase agreement, you have to have a line item. We have hundreds of BPAs set up without an item number. If you choose Enter New Line, it defaults to Contract Purchase Agreement and you cannot change it. We are a municipality and we create agreements for specific services with specific dollar amounts and units of measure as BPAs. How will we be able to do this in RSSP? I'd say 75% of our requisitions reference a CPA or BPA.

Also, FYI, I have open SRs because the Agreement Field is not returning any values (in either scenario above), the New Requisition Line Type is also not returning any values when choosing that option. And as someone else has noted, there is no search option on the Item field and the results only bring back for last 100 items. And, I am also experiencing that inserting approvers is not working as it's not producing a list.
