How to view transaction in BPM Worklist

Summary:

In Transaction Console, I can see all approval transactions where process name = Manage Personal Contribution.

In BPM Worklist, I can view some approval transactions but not all. I have an audit requirement to view any request over a 1 year time period. Please help me understand why only some transactions are viewable in BPM and where to see all.

My BPM Worklist search is for Title contains "Individual Compensation Award Approval"
