Item search shows multiple result in Redwood UI SSP

Hi,

When I try to search for an item in "Search for Items or services" tab in SSP Redwood UI. System shows multiple results instead of single result (Exact item that we search for).

Do we have a way to solve this or Is this the actual behavior of Redwood UI. Please confirm.
