Compensation Change statements - notify employees after release/share from Manager

Hello Experts,

When we run the program to generate the Comp change statements with the staggered statement release option, the option to notify workers is disabled. We cannot select it. Once the statements are generated, the manager can release them to the employee.

Once the managers release the change statement to their report, the employee can see it. However, I don't see employees getting an email or notification about the release. The notification would have helped the employee navigate and access the change statements.

How is everyone managing employee communication?
