How does LinkedIn RSC and Job Distribution work together?

Summary:

Can someone please advise how the configurations of LinkedIn RSC and the Job Posting integrations work together?

We currently are sending job data to linkedin as private (flag checked in settings). My understanding is that this syncs job data as closed. We also use eQuest for Job posting. Will eQuest be able to post the job if the job has already synced as closed due to the RSC configuration?
