Salesforce Adapter OAAuth2

Summary:

Hi Team,

we are configured the OIC Salesforce adapter as below documentation and everything seems to be ok. Oracle also confirmed same on configuration. However, we are getting an error when trying to test the adapter connection by clicking on Provide Consent it always fails with "[OAuth Callback] Failed retrieving access token from service provider."
Can some one please assist on this?
