The date in Wait elements displays differently for 2 users using the same Eloqua instance

Hi,

A colleague and I are accessing the same Eloqua instance but seeing date formats in our canvas differently (specifically in Wait elements). I am shown the date in European format (DD/MM/YYYY):

My colleague is shown the date in US format (MM/DD/YYYY):

Our user and profile settings appear to be identical so I'm not sure what's causing this difference, my colleague wants to revert to European format but we haven't been able to achieve this, suggestions would be appreciated.
