What are CreateReqMainArea fields cl2,cl3,cl4, and cl5

We ran the page composer personalization summary and the report against Procurement – Self Service Procurement. We are trying to interpret the results and are having issues with the CreateReqMainArea fields cl2,cl3,cl4, and cl5 the display name on each of these is “-“ how do we figure out what fields these are?
