Monthly accrual should be based on the anniversary date

For the employees in the Dominican Republic for our organization, they should receive an accrual on a monthly basis, on the anniversary day of their hire date (for example if they were hired on the 12th of January, then they should received their accrual every month on the 12th Feb, 12th Mar, 12th Apr, etc.). I can't seem to figure out how this can be done.

The accrual plan is set to be 'Anniversary year', and tried to set the repeating period to be daily, but the system forced a minimum of a 7 day period (ideally I would have a 1 day period). I then set the repeating period to be monthly since a truly daily accrual isn't possible anymore. There is a 9 month vesting period on the plan. If an employee is terminated before completing 6 months of employment they won't get any pay out of vacation days, but if they are terminated between 6 and 9 months of employment,

Howdy, Stranger!
