Customer Header Change Notifications

Dear All,

I have a requirement to make the Oracle seeded notification emails a little more user friendly. I'm sending the email notifications when Oracle Header status change as well as the fulfillment lines status is changing.

I'm having hard time getting to the data model sample data and RTF edit.

Is it possible to change/modify those notifications.
