How to use Hiring Manager approval chain from Job-Level-Based Line Manager Hierarchy

Summary:

We used DFF from Create Job Requisition to pull out the data for Hiring manager job level and Manager of Hiring Manager Job Level. But creating the rule, we are having trouble with this condition, " If the manager of the hiring manager has a lower Job Level than Job Level 3, then all managers in between need to approve. Approval chain stops at Job Level 3." The customer has Job Levels from 0-5. Is this achievable using Job-Level-Based Line Manager Hierarchy ? How?
