Recruiting Campaign - Internal email alignment issue using HTML email template

Hi Team,

We have seen different behavior for internal recruiting campaign emails when we are using HTML email templates. We have done branding to our email comms & trying to use social media channel links in our recruiting campaign comms to both internal & external candidates. However, when same notification triggered to external candidate the email goes fine. But when its triggered to internal colleagues' same notification show issues with footer social media icons.

Is this issue with only outlook emails?

Can you please help understand? Attaching email for internal one which have the issue.
