How to get run result by element entry in fast formula while payroll is running

Summary:

I'm working on a fast formula to retrieve run result by element entry of other elements while payroll is running. But the run result is not updated in the PAY_RUN_RESULTS table before the process completes. So I tried adding the "Assignment Element Entry Period to Date" balance dimension. But the value for this dimension does not come out in the balance result.

Can you suggest how we can get the run result with the base element entry id/source id while the payroll is running?
