Auto convert PR to Complex PO

As per the Business Scenario, we have a Normal Purchase Requisition that needs to be auto-converted to the Purchase Order once approved. However, as per current functionality, these PR are converted to Standard Purchase Orders automatically. We need to auto convert these Purchase Requisitions to Complex Purchase Order (Document Style - has Retainage enabled)
