Role for incentive compensation audit log

Summary:

What role or permission needs to be assigned to an Incentive Compensation Plan Administrator to allow them to view the Audit Logs? Also is there a way to restrict them to only see the Audit Logs for Incentive Compensation and nothing else?

Incentive Compensation Managers are frequently forgetting to un-check the Recoverable flag when creating paysheets. The Plan Administrator would like to be able to view this value without having to open each record. I do not see a way to put this field on an OTBI report and or to make it visible on the Paysheet UI. The only way I can see to make it somewhat easily visible is to turn on auditing for that field and display it on the audit report, but the Plan Admin does not have sufficient privileges to view the audit logs.
