Usage Events Dates from Subscription to AR Invoice as a single Attachment for all subscription lines

We have Usage Subscriptions with multiple Usage Lines. The Out of Box Usage Events attachment report creates one attachment per Subscription Line. Can we customize this report? OR create a new Custom Report to create one attachment per Subscription and also add some additional details to it?
