Duplicate a punch-out catalog

Summary: We need to separate one of our current punchouts into two separate punchouts for the same Supplier. Is this possible? I am trying to get both URLs set up as different punchout catalogs or selections on the Req page. Is this going to be feasible? What are some best options or practices for this? Basically it has come down to a coupling issue with branding and since there are technically two distinct logos/brands they want two different punchouts. However, they are the same Supplier with the same catalog listing. Or in the least the same category type.

I was curious as to how the credentials/security part work (who supplies the password) and the Domain and Identity fields may be tied to it. I want to know whether this will work this way—or if there another way to accomplish this. Same supplier, same catalog listing etc. being duplicated yet separated. Or if there is any configuration we need to take into account. As a note, we have not had to create a new punchout since I've been here. The existing ones were in place before our current team was administering the application.
