Anyone seeing issues with Prior Ratings in Talent Review?
Summary:
We execute our Talent Review Process annually in September, October, November time frame. Generally after we are to the C upgrade and most are completed prior before the D upgrade hits our environment.
Our Talent Review Performance Review has the rating scale of Talent Review Rating Scale (this has not changed since 2019 and is accurate in our Talent Review Template)
Between December and March, a Year End Performance Review is completed on a Year End Review Rating Scale
Then in June to August we have a Mid Year Performance Review which is completed on a Mid Year Review Rating Scale.
