taleo requisition user id update

Is it possible to update the user id (JobInformation,RecruiterOwner,UserAccount,Loginname) via TCC script. when i try to do so, i get the below error..

You cannot create or update the following field: Requisition.JobInformation,JobInformation.RecruiterOwner,User.UserAccount,UserAccount.Loginname;
