Job Requisition descriptive flex field global segment is not picking the default value

Summary:

There is a global segment field called approval for which a value set is assigned which has values as 'Yes' and 'No'.As this approval field is visible only for one specific role as per our requirement, we have added a default value, default type as constant and value as 'Yes'.r But the default value is not picking up by system when no value is provided to that field.
