Hi all,

Recently, we encounter intermittent Transmission Failure when we transmit payment files to 2 banks via host to host. Previously they are working fine. Oracle network team says that the traffic got dropped at the IP which belong to internet service provider of the banks and blamed on the ISP. But the banks insist that is nothing wrong with their ISP. Can I check if anyone has encountered this before and how did you resolve the issue? Thanks.
