How to export the resource details

Hi Team,

To add the agents, I heard that we have to add a resource first. But I couldn't see the tasks to identify the resource.

1.Is it possible to see the existing resource details and export them or any reporting capability to extract the available resource details.

2.How to delete the existing and add a new one?

3.Under Manage Resources, I can see one employee at a time and within that the emails are not masked though it is masked in the security console. We did masking by HDL, not refresh data masking.

Any help on this topic please. We are under redwood.
