DFF doesn't show drop down list with values after enabling Redwood page

Summary:

One of the Assignment DFF doesn't show drop down list with values after enabling Redwood page under New Person pages for Add PW , Hire an Employee etc.
But if I disable and enable Responsive page back then I can see values in the same DFF.

Issue is with Redwood page only.
