We don't see Change Assignment Module/Core HR Modules in the helper tool

when we select migrate and report option in helper tool, we don't see Change Assignment Module/Core HR Modules.

Instead We're only seeing the personal information modules after uploading the Original VBCS Workspace into Redwood Personalization helper tool 24B

Can anyone explain why ?
