Summary:

We were facing issue on Seniority Dates - Redwood UI such that the employees were not listing on the Seniority Date Page.

We raised the SR and it was requested to execute the ESS Process - HCM Access Control List Initial Ingestion as per the below Documentation.

Set Up Data Security for Oracle Search → Initiate ACL Ingestion:

After executing this Process, the issue was resolved.

We would want to know the Best Practice of scheduling this ESS Job (HCM Access Control List Initial Ingestion), so that we would not face the Redwood Search issue in future.
