Best Approach to display 13th Month Pay in Salary

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

For the Netherland Country, my client is having a requirement of displaying 13th month pay in the salary which is of Annual Salary Basis. We explored the approach of using Simple Components but with Simple Components, I am not able to use an automated way of populating the 13th Month salary. Even if I use, 13th Month component as percentage of base salary as 8.33 % or 8.34 % , there is difference in the amount. Any help on this would be much appreciated. we are also looking for other approaches used for similar requirements with other clients.
