Need Workaround to automatically assign Referral Bonus ICP to Referrer once the candidate Moved toHR

Hello All,

Need a workaround to automatically assign Referral Bonus ICP to Referrer once the candidate Moved to HR.

Today this is not an Oracle delivered functionality in HCM, there is an idea has been raised on the same.

So any workaround suggestions can be appreciated !!

We are having a requirement to assign Referral Bonus ICP to Referrer automatically once the candidate Moved to HR (Successful Creation of Employee Record). Clients don't want to assign Referral Bonus ICP separately to Referrer, this should be done along the way Moving a Candidate to HR.
