The "Return to Prior Phase" Action from the Offer Phase Locks the Candidate's Application
Summary: Using the "Return to Prior Phase" action on someone in the Offer phase breaks the application, making it completely unusable and locking the requisition in an open status.
Application Progress:
- Phase: Interview, State: Scheduled
- Phase: Interview, State: Passed
- Phase: Offer, State: Draft
- Phase: Offer, State: Extended
- Phase: Offer, State: Declined (Withdrawn by Candidate)
- **Return to Prior Phase action (We needed to interview again due to time elapsed)
- Phase: Interview, State: Passed
- **Here the application locks. There is no way to reject it, start an Offer, OR move it to a different state in the interview phase. Complete gridlock with no recourse. In addition, since it's locked in an active status, there's no way to Fill the Requisition.
