Populate Min/Max fields on requisition from position?

Summary:

Is there an easy way to populate the Min/Max fields on the requisition by feeding it from the min/max fields on the position? (added complexity: we would only want it to populate those fields if the requisition fields are blank so it doesn't override existing values)
