error response during rest action error

Summary:

I am getting this error (error response during rest action) for guided journey quick action under my client groups>journeys setup>guided journey, when clicking on a journey on the search page or when creating a new journey. After I get the error, the page just spins and no data is displayed.
Profile options are turned on and Manage Guided Journeys (ORA_PER_MANAGE_GUIDED_JOURNEYS) role is added to the custom role. Also added privilege -PER_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_INTERNAL_ONLY_PRIV.

All Roles have been regenerated in the pod.
