Update tolerances defaulted from OM parameter window

Summary:

hi Team ,

we had setup the below parameter and set values accordingly for under shipment and over shipment values. how ever we need to override tolerance for a particular sales order type. I had set pre-transformation rule but its not getting fired for the specific order type. are there any alternate ways to update tolerances at an individual sales order level
