Can we use List files operation for multiple patterns or a group of patterns in OIC?

Summary:

We have a purge integration that we are using to delete old files from SFTP. We derive the pattern from a lookup and pass it to the integration based on a rice id. We have received requirements that we can have multiple file patterns in the folder like *csv;*.txt;*xls;*.dat in the same folder. Business wants to retain 3 out of 4 of this pattern for a rice id and can vary for others. Can we use List files operation for multiple patterns or a group of patterns in OIC? Right now, we use a single pattern or * to delete files. Please share your advise and experience.
