Will License Consumed if we check Customer Contract management from Business Function?

Summary:

Scenario:

We have the "Sell" type contract enabled in one Business Unit (BU), but for another BU, it was initially unchecked in the Customer Contract Management section under Assign Business Units Business Function. I have now enabled this function in the Assign Business Function, allowing the creation of Sell-type contracts for that particular BU.

The question:
Does enabling this feature consume additional licenses or charges? Could you please confirm this aspect?
