Cancellation of ILT trainings

Hi,
How to inform Employee and Instructor about the cancellation of trainings?
when we cancel the ILT trainings by deleting the activities, only the Instructor will get the intimation they have been removed and this alert gets triggered - Learning Cloud Instructor Booking Event Removal.
But the Instructor can still see the Meeting in his Outlook calendar. How can that be automatically deleted?
Also, there is no notification which goes to Learner about cancellation and learner also has the meeting in his outlook calendar?
