Benefits Service Center Search not Populating

As of yesterday, 8/13/24, when we try to search an employee in the benefits service center, it's not yielding any results initially. We have to use the advance search feature to get even active employees to show up. We have tried switching browsers with no luck on the search feature functioning as should. Is anyone else experiencing this?
