Is it possible to extend the Contacts popup template in the HelpDesk Request page using VBS?
Summary:
Hello,
Customer has a requirement to add additional fields(to be derived from person Assignment level) in the Contacts popup.
Can the Popup template be customized using VBS ?
Navigation—> Help Desk—> Help Desk Request—>Open any request and click on the Contacts.
Please let me know if anyone has tried this use case and if so any help is appreciated.
