Unable to find any documentation to test out the functionalities of new privileges released in 24C


We have received the below mentioned privileges as part of 24C quarterly release, however we could not find any relevant document to test out the functionality/ navigation of these privileges. Could you please help us with what task these privileges would provide access to.
Please confirm in case the functionality is yet to be enabled by Oracle.

1. Apply Hold in Bulk (FOM_APPLY_HOLD_BULK_ORDERS_PRIV)
2. Release Hold in Bulk (FOM_RELEASE_HOLD_BULK_ORDERS_PRIV)
