'Compare New Response Attachments with Prior Response Attachments'.

When creating a test case to check this functionality to be shown to end users: We created a new version of an existing attachment on a new response but I am still unable to acknowledge how do I know the attachment was updated?.

Customer is requiring this functionality and we need to demontrate it. It is not clear how this functionality works.
