How to bulk download attachments

We are migrating our data from Oracle ERP to a new system and as part of this data migration activity, we need to extract all attachments from ERP for the entities we are migrating, such as active Suppliers, open POs/Requisitions/Contracts, GL transactions for the past year, Fixed Assets, etc.
Kindly advice how we can do this bulk download of attachments for each entity.
If there's no generic way of doing it for all entities, kindly start with Suppliers.
Please advise how we can download all attachments for a given list of suppliers.
