ODA FADigitalAssistant 24.07.10 BUG

After setting up ODA and configure to Fusion 24B, everything was out of the box, no customization, then we encountered a bug for Approvals skill that responds with a full url.

Oracle support doesn't want to acknowledge it as a bug and keep redirecting us to documentations. Any advise
