Personal Contribution Request Control 1 ICP per request

Summary:

We have Three Personal Contribution (ICP) requests for our customer. We have criteria as below.

1. When an employee is raising a request for Education Allowance, we have to do Validation to control not to raise more than the eligible amount.
2. We have created a Validation Formula and linked to element to check the eligible amount for each employee and the amount the employee has claimed based on the Requests raised using element entry. Which is working fine.
3. When an employee is raising a request there is an option to add 2 personal contribution requests at the same time before submitting the request.
