Line Manager Need to see Future Hire Employees Assigned Journeys under "Teams Journeys"

Is it possible to give Line Manager access to his future direct reports in HCM Journeys, to be able to access the pre-onboarding journeys of future hires from "Team Journeys" tab in Journeys app.???

Currently, Line Manager can only access his direct reports as of current date. Therefore, the only option to view pre-onboarding tasks before new employee hire date is from "My Tasks" tab, where tasks from all different journeys are shown together and not in any particular order.
