Opportunity owner is unable to see their forecast in sales forecast

We are experiencing an issue where an opportunity owner is unable to view their forecast in the Sales Forecast module. We have verified that the opportunity is correctly assigned to the owner and the forecast should be included. However, it is not appearing as expected.

Could you please provide guidance on possible reasons for this issue and steps we can take to resolve it?
