We noticed that the E-Signature is missing from Offer Letters when the Recruiter uses a standard offer letter template. However, if the Recruiter uses a standard offer letter, downloads, makes changes to it, and re-uploads, after the applicant accepts it, the E-Signature is visible in preview mode. Does the system only capture the E-Signature in preview mode when the Recruiter edits the offer letter template and re-uploads it?
