Current Grade and Proposed Grade Can't be same?

edited Aug 20, 2024 7:24AM in Compensation 6 comments

Summary:

  1. Employee's Grade was updated in Core HR manually before the letter release from Off Cycle plan
  2. When trying to release the letter from Off Cycle the current Grade is already in the value equal to Promotion Grade, unable to add the same Grade in 'Proposed Grade' column to release the letter with Promotion Clause added in the letter
  3. Is it possible to have Current Grade and Promotion Grade with the same values. If the same values can be added it would be helpful to release the letter, even if the value is updated manually in Core HR.
