We cannot search by NID in Redwood as we could in Person Management.
Summary:
In Person Management, we can search by NID. This is important as some of our benefits and payroll interfaces use NID instead of Person Number. However, in the Redwood search for Employment Info ( and in general), we are not able to search by NID. Is there a way to configure the search to allow for this? We can find the person number from reporting, but this would be extra time that we do not need to spend when using Person Management.
